Forest Fever

Forest Fever is the annual summer celebration of the South Yorkshire Forest, and has grown to six weeks of events to suit all tastes throughout the region. The events are put on by local organisations, community groups and our partner organisations, with the common aim of bringing people closer to nature and showing them the range of activities the South Yorkshire Forest area has to offer.

2005 was the biggest ever Forest Fever, with over 80 walks, talks and rambles wildlife discovery events, summer festivals and Forest schools.
